Don’t forget the golden rule

Have you forgotten the golden rule? Let me remind you, it goes like this: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I won’t lie to you I've not been an ardent practitioner of this law, but when I reconsider my character I could see that this is one of the most miraculous formula in the world! The question is do we practice this law? Do we treat people unfairly and we think we deserve to be treated fairly?

What goes around comes around, as we treat others, so shall we be treated. I guess this is the most easily implementable formulas for creation of abundance. Simply put all we have to do to ensure that we will be treated fairly, respectfully and with kindness-and to ensure that others will reach out to help us and praise us-is to do these things ourselves…

Let’s become more thoughtful people. Offer assistance. Be nice. Reach out to others. Become even more generous. Say “thank you.” These and hundreds of other similar gestures are the ways you can reach out and tell the world you really care.

Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. They are different display of the same universal energy. At the end what we offer to the world is exactly what we will get back. So if our aim is to create a joyful life filled with positive energy and abundance, the most important thing we should do is to help others do the same.

This is one area of our life that we definitely have control over, we can control how generous we are, we have the capability to offer praise and help to be of service and be kind to others.

But then again, let’s not be upset or irritated when our good deeds don’t come back just immediately, I bet you the universe has its own way of timing. Let’s keep at it: let’s be patient and loving. If we can just be committed to this Golden rule, it just only a matter of time, our lives will be filled and blessed with all we desire.
