Justin Bieber seems to have moved into a new relationship with someone else and we guess he’s done with Selena Gomez.

After spending a lot of time with model Hailey Balwin, the two have confirmed their rumoured relationship with a passionate kissing photo posted on Justin Bieber’s Instagram page.

Hailey Baldwin is a 19-year-old American fashion model and has done modeling campaigns with Ralph Lauren, Brandy Melville, Topshop and French Connection. She has also walked for such clients as Topshop, Sonia Rykiel, Moschino, Tommy Hilfiger and Philip Plein…
