Be Self-Productive During This Recession: Ay Makun Urges Nigerians

Popular Nigerian comedian, AY Makun has charged Nigerians to look inwards and think of what to do for themselves as the current recession saga in the nation’s economy deepens.

He made this known during an interview with HipTv.

“Talking about recession, it has affected every sector. But what is much more important is that this is about the time where people also need to think of what they can do for themselves.  It’s not just about talking about the government or about what the president is doing, it’s about us now. Well, it’s good to have an enabling environment for you to carry out whatever operation that you do. All am trying to say is that within the circumstance that we have found ourselves, let us see how we can just survive.”
He further explained he is a product of Grace, while thanking fans for the buzz towards his newly released project titled “ A Trip To Jamaica”

“ As a matter of fact, I usually just set out to do my thing, to be myself, to just do what I believe would work. And I thank people who usually carve out time to support that venture of mine. I always tell people that i’m a product of Grace. I can’t say there is a special thing to a trip to Jamaica. There are lot of special stuffs out there, but I just thank God that it’s working.”
